These Terms of Service ("Terms") create a legal agreement entered into by and between you ("you" or "your") and ThinkFast Group, LLC ("ThinkFast Group," "ThinkFast," "we," "us," or "our").
Intro

Service Eligibility

These Terms and your relationship with ThinkFast Group are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Website or to the Services shall be submitted to confidential binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, except that if you have violated or threatened to violate ThinkFast Group's intellectual property rights, ThinkFast Group may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in Dallas County, Texas. You consent to venue and jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Dallas County, Texas.
Arbitration under this Agreement shall be conducted pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and ThinkFast Group each agree that dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, each party waives any right to a jury trial.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intention, and all remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
